I recently tried the Tuna Bowl Todon Set at this restaurant and was blown away. The set included a mini mug cup with tuna, scallops, wasabi, and a delicious special sauce. The tuna bowl was topped with grated yam, green onions, and wasabi, and the udon noodles were handmade and incredibly tasty. The noodles had a nice chewy texture.
