This KFC is a Taco Bell combo location. We discovered some meal ideas on two other websites and decided to stop by KFC. We went through the drive-thru, and our order was taken and ready in about five minutes. The man who took our order was fantastic—very friendly and incredibly patient with our somewhat complicated requests. I had the absolute worst experience at this restaurant. I ordered food for a friend, and I told her they would move us forward in the line. When I reached the pickup window, the employee asked if I had told him to close the order. I was confused about what was happening and thought he was joking, so I smiled and laughed. The staff sits around for hours and closes 2 hours early. absolutely rediculous
They close down early and mess around and are choose which customers they want to serve. Two employees asked why they hadn't taken my order and then a third comes out and says they are closed at 10pm at 9pm.
I'm dying laughing right now. Got KFC for a quick late night meal and asked for hot sauce for my chicken sandwich. This store is also a Taco Bell and after getting home I realize they gave me hot taco sauce for my chicken sandwich. 4 stars because they were out of macaroni
Went here to get some food after a long evening, and the sign on the drive-thru said the drive-thru closes at 11:00. We drove up at 10:10, and got an automated message telling us to come back during normal business hours. We had also been behind two other cars that were able to place orders right before us! I called the store and asked the guy who answered what the deal was, and he said they closed down the fryer and all they could give us was nacho chips and drinks.
