visited as part of a high time. I understand that renovations are in progress, which is good, as it is a bit dated. high time reception room was a little cool, other sitting areas were in order. eating was beautiful, much. amazing look out from every window. has not stayed in a room or see a room, therefore not comment. overall the place was clean, tidy and well occupied. the staff was attentive and very helpful. What TheMelB doesn't like about Pennine Manor:
We went last Sunday for lunch. Three generations on a family reunion. If it hadn't been for another big birthday party, the restaurant would have been empty. Fortunately we're a lively family and made our own atmosphere. The views are fabulous but we were sitting as far away from the window as possible. View all feedback.

Eating was absolutely beautiful. the best we ever had. the price-performance ratio is great and the staff is friendly and professional. we will definitely return. I wish I had made photos of eating, but we couldn't expect it.
We were here for two nights during a high time close, the hotel is a little dated and could do with something dc, but if they overlook this, the rooms are sufficient with good facilities, although the showers in room 26 replaced by a more modern alternative, I like my showers and a lot of judges a hotel in this. the workers were fantastic and very attentive and were really good with my 4 yr old grandson, even taking him to see the ponies on the field behind the hotel. we had an evening meal and breakfast and both meals were nice with a large selection on both menus. the hotel has a spectacular view over Lancashire/Yorkshire from every angle and I doubt that there is a hotel in the opposite with more panoramic views, they are stunning. all in all a beautiful place to stay for a weekend away. even if they have a helicopter, there is a helipad in the parking lot!
Im giving a 5 star review not for the hotel but for the staff and General manager Richard we had an issue with our room. This was sorted asap and all were very helpful and professional.Cant praise them all enough. So thank you for making our stay better. Much appreciated.
Amazing Sunday breakfast. It looks closed when you drive in to the car park and if you try to get in through the restaurant door you will still think it’s closed. Be creative go to hotel reception, no obvious sign just look for the door. If you are persistent you will be delighted by the breakfast. We went for Fathers Day breakfast. Choice of raspberries, strawberries, melon, yogurt cereal etc. Followed by cooked breakfast made to order. Beautifully cooked ingredients which. I couldn’t resist toast and marmalade to finish. Choice of a pot of tea or coffee. My only criticism would be that the coffee could be a little stronger but that’s my preference. A lovely food experience sat at a white starched table cloth in a calm environment with lovely staff.
