Literally served us raw chips. like just out the freezer raw. thought i was coming to chiquito not the ice age

Visited early Saturday, staff very pleasant and helpful plus a good table, the menu is fine but the food is just ok , the beef chilli nachos had almost no chilli quite disappointing, the fajitas just ok and not as spicy as I would have expected , overall just ok wouldn’t rush back

Called to Chiquito on my lunch break with a colleague, so time was if the essence to eat and get back to work. Tina couldn’t have been any more accommodating, taking our order and delivering our order to our table as quickly as possible and paying particular attention to our refillable drinks running low. We didn’t even have to ask, she was on it! Thank you so much for both outstanding service food we’ll definitely be returning soon!

Visted hear with my husband for the first time, was greeted by friendly and professional staff, purchased one of the Sombrero Hats for £2.00 lol. The staff were all very friendly and prompt with orders etc the place was clean and tidy and had a great Mexican/Espanic theme to it which you would expect lol. The food was delicious and well presented, the drinks we order Mocktails were delicious. The food was that good my husband ordered a 2nd round off Enchiladas, the prices were spot on and we can definitely say we will be visiting again soon with friends. Being greeted by someone who really did not want to be there, wasn’t the best first impressions. For the same person then to go on and serves us didn’t make the experience any better. Although we where asked about allergies (of which we have) nothing was then done about it. Luckily the menu online gives full details and we could make the decisions ourselves. Food then took nearly an hour to arrive. If the restaurant was packed full then I would expect this, but it was less that 1/4 full. Two out of the three meals was spot on, although one of those was for my 2 year old daughter who couldn’t really say ‘Daddy, I think my chilli could have done with a little more paprika in.’ However, she did her best to each most of it. What I didn’t expect was the veg on my fajita to be raw. Not just cold, but not cooked! Not worth the wait for average food and a server that very obviously did not want to be there.
