the rose in müselbach (local part of Kirchberg) is simply sensational and in my opinion after a secret tip in this region (and was not on trip Advisor until now).Uncausedly try the Cordon-Bleu - a comparable tasty Cordon-Bleu is difficult to find. View all feedback.
After an afternoon walk in the picturesque countryside around Mosnang and Kirchberg, I discovered this charming Landgasthaus, hidden in the small village of Müselbach.I had dinner on the nice terrace - relaxed atmosphere, much room between the tables. Overall good service despite some slight points of improvement. The tenant lady is polite but not overly friendly - I would have expected a warmer welcome. On the opposite the service team is very friendly with nice words for everyone; however, as the restaurant got full, the pace became significantly slower. As for the food I got exactly what I am expecting from a Landgasthof menu - traditional, tasty, made with passion. As starter I chose the homemade ricotta ravioli in tomato sauce. Truly delicious, and you can really tell that it is freshly prepared without using any convenience product. The house prides itself on the Cordon-Bleu. Therefore, as main course, I opted for the classic version i.e veal Cordon Bleu with ham and mountain cheese. It was excellent and perfectly prepared: generous portion, crispy without being greasy. Luckily I still had some room left to enjoy the dessert: Meringue Glace - meringue served with vanilla and strawberry ice cream. In expensive Switzerland the prices in this restaurant remain surprisingly moderate and offer very good value for money. The bill for my dinner amounted to CHF67.With a warmer welcome from the tenant lady, I would have rated Zur Rose with five stars.
That is acting here takes their guests and their work seriously. you are a guest of passion, and you can feel this in this beautiful house with the unique garden from the first second to the lunch menus are varied and very good. it is pleasant that you do not have to choose between suppe or salat. you get both. the suppers deserve to be mentioned specifically: don't miss!Otherwise there is not on the map, which would not taste very good. the variations of cordon bleus, the house speciality, are a great one for itself.
Have eaten super and enjoyed the evening. super service and good food. come back for a fine meal. also the prices are good.
