The only thing I would change is how the drive-thru works. It is only for call-in orders. It is a lively place. It would be disappointing to come to the drive-thru and not be able to order. People from the city wouldn't know. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Jenny's Fried Chicken:
We have been coming to this restaurant since 1990. What happened to Jenny's? The fish sandwich was the worst thing I have ever had! The fish patty was mostly tasteless and the bread was overwhelmed by the toppings. I mentioned this to the waitress with the long ponytail, but she just looked at me, acknowledged my complaint, and then went to attend to another customer. We will not be returning. Eating is great! service is super slow and they run out of unkind tee.

The place is clean, and everything was nice and neat. The chicken was nothing special especially considering it is entitled Jenny's Fried Chicken. I made the horrible mistake of ordering broccoli as a side instead of fries. It turned out to be a broccoli with cheese battered and fried. It was made somewhere else and just fried here. I can't describe how bad it was. I was already eating fried chicken, who fires broccoli? My wife had gumbo and was not pleased. There was too much rice, and it was sorely lacking much in the way of meat. If you are traveling through do yourself a favor and keep on driving. They also had no coke products, only Pepsi.

Never disappointed! I'm so particular with how my fish is fried they nailed it! Crispy outside, light and flavorful on the inside.

The fried shrimp and fish was SO VERY DELICIOUS ? and it is a Great bargain for the price with hush puppies and drink.

First time visiting this establishment, passing through on a job and had lunch. Great food and friendly service. If in kirbyville area again will definitely choose here hands down!
