Best on the coast!! Got my delicious mug of morning brown and I can honestly say it was the best coffee I’ve had in years! Went back in the arvo because I loved it so much and got myself a burger and chips both of which were cooked to perfection. Cheers to the lovely lady who served me that day. My wife and daughter-in-law ordered lunch today, and unfortunately, they were treated disgracefully by the cook while waiting outside for a COVID check-in. A simple "Have you checked in?" would have been a respectful way to approach the situation. Instead, they were spoken to in a condescending manner, which was not acceptable. If someone can't provide good customer service, they shouldn't be in the customer service... View all feedback.

Don’t go and order food an hour and 15 minutes before closing time. You’ll be met with moaning and groaning, asking what the time is and made to feel like you’re causing the woman a major inconvenience. Chips were fantastic, unfortunately calamari rings were maybe a mush of calamari ??? Not quite sure, weren’t pleasant either way.Edit in response to your standard dismissive reply to any negative feedback you receive. I understand you may be short staffed but that’s no excuse for a bad attitude. If you’re not happy to be serving, just shut the shop. I find it hard to believe no one has disliked that calamari if that’s your usual calamari, it was a disgusting mash and no way was I coming back to argue with you yet again. If there was another option locally I would have walked away at the beginning as it was. Maybe learn some humility and accept criticism for your negative feedback instead of dismissing it and believing you can do no wrong. Cheers

Quaint little place, has just enough essentials to get you by, and the Cafe has some awesome food

Ordered steak sandwich, they had no steak. Ordered egg and bacon rolls, had no eggs. Then they went and got eggs so we happily waited. Then after say 30 mins we get the egg and bacon rolls only to bite into a stale roll with no butter or sauce.Let’s also mention the frustration between the works and throwing their hands in the air over the fact they couldn’t handle alittle pressure of serving and cooking at the same time. Forgave them and went back next day for take away coffee only to be belittled over the fact she couldn’t see my double vac certificate (which I produced a number of times) while waiting. So once we get over that hurdle, the coffee was weak like watered down milk. Apparently it had 3 shots. I highly doubt it. So maybe you like that place or maybe you don’t. I know that I won’t spend 1 more cent there.
