They lost my order from DoorDash and then I called and no answer so I had to drive to the restaurant and wait in a long line in the drive thru and they are rude. Horrible customer service

One evening I ordered and paid for my eating online. drove into the restaurant and went in to get my food. when I went to the manager, informed me that they were made of roast meat and because I ordered and paid online, I couldn't get any refund and told me to call customer service. I called when I was in charge before I left the load. I spoke to a customer service department and explained my prejudice. the representative found my order and assured me that I would get a refund. this is the same restaurant where I consistently wait in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes. on the one hand, I waited for the editor to put my order first in the line for over 15 minutes and whenever I tried to alert someone to my order, all I heard was, we will be with them at a moment. No one has my job for over 15 minutes.

Seriously best fast food experience ever. My food was hot and fresh and the staff was kind. Thank you!!
