we have pizza today. the lady who took our order was very nice and had great customer service. I didn't get her name, but she has long black hair. she came out when we sat down. the pizza slice also quickly came out and delicious. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Russo's New York Pizzeria:
We arrived on a Sat. nite and the place was run by children. Not an adult in site. Also we went to hear Gail Ryder and she was place outside. Too cold to eat outside and could not hear music inside. Poor planning. Our first time there. View all feedback.
Great pizza friendly staff. I highly recommend this place if you like a thinner crust fresh toppings. My new favorite place to get pizza.

Always good food. Never disappointed. They always take good care of us.
Our pizza was perfect. They gave me a different salad than I ordered, but it was okay so I didn't complain. The service was also good on the terrace.
