The staff were great! From the very first phone call. Then some of our party arrived late due to Time differences (daylight savings,. Interstate) the staff were great, kitchen got the late meals out with the rest and no delays. The restaurant is simple, clean and fresh. They accommodated for the children in our party. The food was delicious and generous! I had only heard great things about Carmen's and I was not disappointed

The thing I loved the most about Carmen's was that they sat us in a separate room that only had tables for 2. this meant it was quiet and intimate and there weren't screaming children or loud laughing groups of people nearby, which I deeply appreciated for our Valentine's dinner! The food was great, service was attentive and the atmosphere was pleasant. I highly recommend Carmen's to anyone, with our without kids because you will have a great time!

Wow!! A hidden gem tucked away in Tamworth, welcome to Carmen's Restaurant located in the Stockmans Motel. Carmen's restaurant is definitely the place to go whether it's a treat for yourself or you and your partner or the kids as well, this is the place to come. Elegant staff, friendly, happy and such an inviting place. The food is exceptional and they cater for all. Highly recommend the restaurant and if you need somewhere to stay the Motel is 10/10 as well. Thank you to Carmen for your hospitality, warmth and friendly service. We were in the private room for a function with a set menu, which still had a lot of variety. The staff are friendly and courteous. They have a wide selection of reasonably priced wines, spirits and beers
