Domino's Pizza - Kingston upon Thames

Almost religiously ordered for the last year and their pizza is so delicious always cooked exactly right and delivered super fast! all their drivers were all polite and very nice to the kids who lie to answer the door with me. I felt like there was time I gave them a review as I don't know enough people remember to check amazing service! I'm in the regular one of these people, but a recent trip to another ocal pizza place was shambik and made me realize how amazing and mistaken these young are! They always have many offers and are very cheap with them! I only wish they accepted cash, but I understand why they are not now and hopefully this option will return when the dinge are again normal! they look forward to many future pizzas of these types that I will not go elsewhere.

We love hanging out. Yesterday we visited this excellent place that we loved. we have passed there a beautiful evening with very good meal and a professional witness and a professional chef chef. we added this restaurant in our phone list and we will visit again soon. highly recommended.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service over the phone at this restaurant. When I called and asked what the cheapest item was, the worker on the line replied rudely with a dismissive "What?". When I repeated my question, they once again responded rudely with "What?!". To top it off, I received a very rude statement from them, saying "I have your number, I will give it to the police". I was taken aback by this level of unprofessionalism and would not recommend using this restaurant.

I complained about an undercooked pizza that made me very sick and had to see a doctor. I spoke to a very rude woman this morning about getting a refund. I will never order from this restaurant again.

As of this time being 1.40 am pizza ordered at midnight. As of yet my food has not arrived. According to the checker it's been in quality control for 60 mins now but has not been sent out for delivery. For the last half an hour been trying to call them about the food and as of yet no one has answered. Also have tried to call customer support but they are having a training day and so can't help. Would have thought this type of thing would be perfect for trainees. Utterly useless and I expect the food will be stone cold if it ever actually arrives. Think I will eat else where next time.
