Ok so we got the nachos and a pork plate the nachos were really small no toppings also the pork plate was also very small pork was cold beans were scalding hot burnt I actually love BBQ but won't be visiting this location again

Service is usually pretty good except for tonight. I went through the drive thru and sat for 5 minutes and nobody answered. I drove to the window and seen 3 employees working the counter. Two of them looked at me and then turned to act like they didn't see me. After waiting another couple of minutes and them glancing at me a few times I drove off. I worked fast food as a teen and this kind of service would have got you fired. Not asking for anyone to be fired, but you can't run a successful business without employees taking care of their customers.

Bad service bad food. Employees were not pleasant. Have gone to this restaurant over the years but it has been steadily declining, but steadily increases prices

This is one of the best bbq stops I’ve been to. The food was pretty good, the sauces were all great, and the prices were out of this world. Highly recommend the hot fudge Sunday too. AND the staff at the Kingston location are ALLL SOO AMAZING me and my boyfriend are traveling and just stopped in for a minuet and they were all so nice and helpful! Amazing!!!

The food was good, especially the BBQ, and comes in decent sized portions.
