West End Grill - Kingston

Been here several times and it’s hit or miss. Sad but the service is not great at all, and At times I went there and they lock the doors early, sad because I was bring others to be there- and they are not dependable to be open even when they have several folks still inside there being served witnessed them being served : very disappointed- would not recommend until new management.

Great food service and atmosphere.The bar pizza is my favorite in the area.Salads are excellent and the beer on tap is super cold.

Servers were slammed packed house.High decibel levels. Comfortable bar seating and excellent TV’s for sports. The façade of a strip mall. Kira was very chill and provided excellent customer service. Outdoor area is very relaxing. I was shocked how good the ravioli special was.

I cannot say enough good things about West End. I have been going here for a few years now and their food is consistently top notch, the service is fast and the staff are all friendly, pleasant and welcoming.The atmosphere is a great mix of all ages.They have a large bar area with plenty of seats at and around, as well as a dining room area and an outside seating area.They also have the BEST sweet potato fries around.This is a must stop on your list of restaurants and you will fall in love with it and return time and time again!

This place is amazing and I want to go there 24/7. JD
