Cook Out - Kingsport

UPDATE I spoke with a representative from Cook Out Corporate office and they were very kind and took care of the issue. I appreciate this company taking care of customer concerns and further addressing the issue with their staff. Very bad experience last night at this location. Order was completely wrong and was over charged. When I brought up that I wanted a receipt the employee acted like it was the end of the world. When I showed her we didn't order some of the items she slammed the window in my face and sent a young manager over and he couldn't answer my questions and just shut the window. I just trashed the whole order and went somewhere with excellent customer service and food preparation. Very disappointing as my family enjoys Cook Out.

Price and food quality is very nice here. Ive never had them mess a order up either.

Great food and milkshakes and its open till 4 am which is great cause there's nothing open after 10 or 11 pm in Kingsport, TN. So thank goodness for Cook-Out.

Good value of food. Great place to come get something that will fill you up. I wouldn’t recommend coming if you’re in a rush however, because sometimes the drive through gets a little slow. Other than that it’s all good!

My family has always enjoyed the food. Prices like everywhere have gone up and I'm not to bothered by that but portions have decreased and that is unfortunate. Why spend more for less? The lobby has been closed for quite some time now. So we had drive through take out. I did call HQ and the rep that I spoke with was kind and understanding. Just hope the portions return to equal value for the price ..
