Starbucks - Kingsland

The staff inside the restaurant is usually great and gets drinks right. However, when going through the drive-thru, they often make mistakes and take a long time to correct them. Even when the mistake is clear, some employees will try to defend it before finally remaking the drink. This inconsistency has led to disappointment for me, as I used to go every day but now rarely visit. Despite encountering some rude employees, I am willing to overlook it as long as my drink is made correctly, which is unfortunately not often the case.

This restaurant was lovely. The staff were friendly, but one of the bathrooms was out of order. However, the coffee was delicious and the restaurant was impeccably clean. Overall, it was a fantastic place to visit.

The portions of drinks and food are generous, service is quick, but the only downside is having to wait to be served while a loud employee with long blonde hair stands around laughing. I felt ignored as I waited to be helped, even though there were only 1-2 customers inside. Other than that, it is a spacious restaurant.

Over the app ordered, ie bite with siracha, but when I went up there was no siracha. everyone was very nice, but eggs were not the same without the sauce. app should have let me know they were out of the sauce.
