Jack In The Box - Kingman

I just came home with my dinner from Jacks and noticed that they were wrong with my Shake... I ordered the ultimate Oreo chocolate jake, but instead got the regular Oreo jake... kinda bummed I didn't see it earlier cuz I was in a hurry and I was hoping to try it for the first time... and also, wishing they could have a little more curly pommes for this $15 meal...

Staff/Manager coughs in the back, without mouth to cover. Water overflow on the coffee/tea machine. Lack Luster customer service. Surcharge for cheese, even if your meal is called a cheeseburger. Satisfactory assessment during the last health check. I was not aware of the bad quality of this Jack in the box until I came in to eat. I usually get through the Drive Thru and his slow, but now I understand why. Being a short staff is no reason to be dirty or have a bad customer service.

I never had a problem with this Jack in the box. As a delivery driver for several apps, I often get this Jack in the box. Today I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo and everything on the order was right, except the chicken sandwich was old, hard and I couldn't even eat it. I hope that this Jack in the box does not begin to go down the hill as it was my goal to get a quick bite during work. Not sure what with the chicken might be old/bad oil, but it was the worst chicken sandwich I've ever got.

If you are supposed to order the larger box that costs $8 and you get a kids meal size. Jack's really on the hill. Can't stand spending decent money on hard rolls, and portions fit for a toddler.

Ordered the spicy chicken meal. Guy at the window looked like he hated the world. A robot would have been more pleasant. My sandwich has a spot of mayo, smaller than a dime, and a piece of lettuce the size of a matchbox. I took it back in and a very nice black man fixed my food, thank goodness for him other than that the food was great, you just need to spend time teaching your help to serve food that looks as good as it taste.
