Stopped here for a bite passing through Dayboro - coffee was wonderful and breakfast was to die for (perfect poached eggs). It's hard to find a decent brekky spot that's not crowded with hipsters, that's not impossible to find a park at, and that's not crammed to the hilt with uncomfortable chairs and decor that make it impossible to squeeze your backside between tables of diners. Affordable! Only $40 for 2 breakfast... View all feedback.

Met up with friends here for drinks & a bite. Set just off the main street next to the bakery, although the road is busy you are not aware of it. Plenty of parking as well.Service lets this place down,! One young girl who takes orders makes the drinks & serves as well as your bill!! Sorry but can not say too much other than there are a few more cafe's in Dayboro. This place does not seem to know what it is? Cafe, res... View all feedback.
Sad change of management ... average coffee awful omelette and Asian music. Im not at all racist however country town brekky is not like this.
A year ago this was a great place to eat. Now its probably the worst feed in Dayboro. Go anywhere but here.

Really good job - wait staff try really hard to please and it's just an all round laid back place (not easy to find in Brisbane, especially Northside).

Waitress, poor girl, tried her very best and we gave her 10 out of 10. It was obvious she had a difficult chef to deal with. We order three times as each time she came back to say the chef said the choice was off the menu. Finally we chose two curry dishes that were available. Kids had a bowl of chips and chicken. Kids meals were good - they were happy. Curries came out on long rectangular plates. We had to ask for round plates to eat the food on. Perhaps too much presentation and not enough function! We both agreed food was average and we could get better in local takeaway's in Brisbane.Decor looks good but we were the only diners - 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm. There were 3 visitors for takeaway and they seemed to wait quite a long time. One went away and came back 30 minutes later and still had to wait more.Outside deck was a little cold on the night we visited but looked like it would be nice on most nights. Overall the location and presentation of the restaurant was good, service by the waitress was the best she could provide, but the food was less than interesting and the chef perhaps had a bad day! For us, not worth going back.
