What Ryan Brown doesn't like about Tranquilitea Temple:
I came in and bought a candle. A CANDLE. I didn’t order food or tea. When I was paying I swiped my credit card and he turned his screen around and asked me if I wanted to tip him?! Like for what? The audacity and entitlement to ask for a tip after you simply ring up a candle. Never again View all feedback.
It's amazing how TEA is more popular then COFFEE! Nice place to visit buy something?
Was looking for a store that sold a variety of loose tea and this looked to fit the bill. I had my eye on quite a few teas after looking that the website. Unfortunately my experience with service makes me not want to set foot in the store again. Was ignored for some time while a gentleman was making stock bags of tea. I had asked if I could provide a list of teas and weights of what I wanted as I wanted a large quantity of tea. I was told to look at the pre made bags which were only around 1oz and I was looking for 2+ of several varieties. It seemed like the biggest chore for him to weigh out tea for me. I even brought the tea over and when I asked if I could return the jars for him to help out he said “no”. That was the only word he spoke throughout the exchange other than the total when he rang me up. I stopped after 4 different teas even though I wanted more because of how uncomfortable my wife and I were at the whole exchange. After the 45 minutes (at least) in the store to get 4 teas, he also spun the screen around and asked for a tip. When I selected skip, if looks could kill I never would have been able to try the tea. Decent tea though.

This is the only place I will get my tea from. These are the best quality teas I’ve ever come across. The flavors are very robust and there’s a large variety. The owner and staff are so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I truly cherish this shop!
Lovely tea shop in the King of Prussia mall. It 's located in the crossover section of the mall.I ordered the Sakura milk tea with tapioca pearls, it was very light and freshly made. I enjoy the concept also that they can brew any of the flavors on display, if requested.Parking: Mall parking
