Had not even down, I went after the door because they didn't have enough staff to serve, but there were many tables to sit. it will wait about 45 minutes until a worker was in the position.
Excellent service by our waiting staff. the food was delicious, temperatureful and was served quickly and efficiently.
We celebrated a little early on Valentine's Day to avoid the amount. our food was served very quickly our surprise. everything was hot, fresh and delicious! our server was also excellent! we enjoyed our romantic dinner and would recommend red lobster for your next day or special occasion.
Nothing special about our experience. the restaurant seemed not busy, but the service was pretty slow. the cookies brought along were cold and we had to tie the server down to be able to fill each time. the food quality was good and what they would expect from red lobster. we both have ordered the firm of the souls. cook perfectly and the scallops. overall the quality of the meal was good. we were disappointed at the level of service and the lack of love for detail. when our food was brought out, parts of our orders were missing (hombush potatoes and roasted vegetables) and we had to ask twice that the server bring the parts of our order that were missing. we decided not to talk about management because it seemed to have dealt with similar topics in several tables. that could be a one off or server had a bad night or a new employee. we will visit this red lobster again most likely. because the food quality was what we expected we were banking that this was probably a night with the service.
The prices have increased and the portion sizes have decreased at this restaurant. The food still tastes good, however the higher prices detract from the overall experience, at least for me. The waitress provided good service and the atmosphere was typical of what I have experienced before. There have been no noticeable changes. Personally, I will not be returning as I work hard for my money and do not want to spend it on small, expensive dishes. I have concerns about the ethics of serving such tiny lobsters.
