We wait here several times with friends for lunch when we have something else and it is also 20% discount for lunch and because it is very large menu where everyone can choose something. price is ok (also I should say for 15€/person...for lunch you can get a lot more beautiful lunch in other restaurant in kiel). my test of sushi several paintings here with various articles was not sucess and would never say sushi here again. it is simply very bad to compare with the right sushi from japan.
Freshly squeezed juice, 4 ingredients for the mix to choose! this is super healthy, but unfortunately the taste is dirty with too much pulp. wrong safter, should use a press or mastic, not mic. the medium-sized juice is small, so I have no idea how...small size would be. healthy, but not pleasant, ok for home not good enough for sale. Eclectic, chick decorate, cozy tight space but well designed; sweet waiting staff, college students seem, not profis. So the food service is very slow. the menu is thai, followed by Japanese articles, conveniently written in English romanized thai, with main components. since I was talking and living in Thailand for 5 years, this is very helpful. I am Chinese with exposition to Japanese food in taiwan, so I am qualified to speak about taste authenticity. this is the greatest disappointment with so ho, in taste. now we ordered the hot and acidic suppe tom yam gung and the appetizer plate and kept the menu. the suppe has failed. the sushi is muddy, the sate is all wrong, the only ok element is the tiny fried earlylings roll that I suspect is not made in the kitchen, as Chinese do not make them this size, but costco does. I'm glad we didn't order anymore. normally the way I test an unknown Thai restaurant by ordering tom yam suppe, green papaya som tom salat, pad thai and ice cream. If they can't do this correctly, there is no point to try something else on the menu. my thought is that the cook never tasted authentic Thai food so he or she doesn't know better. It's bad eating, no, it's okay. it's just not authentic.
We wanted with my man a lot of sushi not offered on the menu, no problem! what a beautiful presentation! wow! and the taste was exquisite! we stuffed (if this is possible with sushi) and then ordered more! cant. expect to go back!
Visited with my friends. enjoyed Pad Thai fried noodle. price was alright. by the time we were finished, which was around 9, the place was still filled with people which surprised me.
