Been here twice already, Christmas last year and today for their first weekly Interstate BBQ Cookout. The BBQ food has always been deliciously awesome and satisfyingly comforting. The service both times has been excellent. Nothing like chilling on a rooftop watching the sun go down with beef (and pork and chicken) and beer. Can't wait to come back again and eat. Got the platter! Huge ribs covered with just the right amount of seasonings and fall off the bone tenderness. The smoked Cajun chicken wings were killer! And a pile of pulled pork! Went great with a nice tall beer!

Amazing ribs. Dry rubs done perfectly which makes it crispy on the outside very succulent inside. The meat was off the bone with just a simple lift. DO NOT belive whatever BK reviewed! They must have either been unlucky or have a crocodile tounge.
So yummy , love it , melt in the mouth . Will be back agian for sure
