Very helpful staff and easy to get to. Good's furniture is a fantastic family owned business with a customer service focus. Beautiful furniture and nice folks!

The best selection of furniture anywhere, even in a large city. It’s quality stuff, ranging from good to very good. Prices are high, but you get what you pay for. One objection: If part of what you are buying is in stock and part of it isn’t, they charge a $149 delivery fee twice. I realize it’s two deliveries, but it isn’t the customers fault it’s not all available at the same time. Nevertheless, I’d recommend Good’s even more if I had a truck.

First time ever at Good Furniture and was treated royally by Dave! Such fantastic customer service and great knowledge of the store and products! He was so pleasant and answered all of my questions with his great tone of voice! I will recommend Goods to everyone because of Dave! Thank you!

My experience started with calling Goods and talking to Tom. He was very prompt in answering all my questions. When I went today, I worked with Wendy, and she continued the exceptional service. Wendy answered all my questions and helped me measure the furniture to make sure it would fit in my house. I ended up buying a beautiful trundle bed for my son. Thanks to Goods for their sales people and large inventory.

The gentleman we met with is Dave O. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable on all of the items that are available. He was also very friendly and easy going. He will definitely be getting our business in the future. Aside from the staff being helpful and friendly. The store itself was amazing. The television and radio commercials do this place no justice. It's enormous, and has just about everything you can think of in a furniture store. Looking forward to visiting there again.
