Pancake House - Kettering

Im disappointed with the service. I went in with my son, we’d been waiting for a table outside in the rain. we sat down ready to order and a member of staff asked us to move as they would be reserving this table for a bigger party. There were no other tables available. Other than a two seater high bar table (there was three of us and I am 38 weeks pregnant). Meaning we had to leave the shop with a crying 7 year old. I feel maybe they should of planned this better to avoid disappointment.

I came in here this afternoon with my mum (Been wanting to try for ages) We sat at a table and there was a purple cloth to one side of table, the waitress came over in quite a stern/harsh way saying I need to clean table (Fair enough) that 's why I left my cloth My mum said SORRY we didn 't know, it was just her tone of voice that got me and my mum looked quite peeved/upset. Anyways we sit there decide what we 're having, waitress says I 'll be with you in a minute, rather than take our order she carries on cleaning table approx 10 tables. We waited and waited then decided to WALK OUT, I 'll NEVER set foot in this place again!!

We popped while hunting for breakfast and we’re very lucky to stumble across this place. The pancakes were light and fresh and the service was great. Big selection too

Ordered breakfast from here via Uber eats and I was highly delighted. Excellent food and looked really good often deliveries from other places look a bit underwhelming) needed a minute in the microwave to get warm enough but that was hardly their fault. Will happily order from here again and will visit when safe to do so. It was a very good price.
