I travel all over the country and have generally found a BWW experience to be good. Excellent customer service. Except for this store on Stroop rd. By and large, the service and bartender are great. At this store, however, Cory the GM is super intrusive and treats customers horribly. His minions asst. managers are forced to follow suit. Feel sorry for the customer oriented staff members who work at this store. View all feedback.
I have never had a disappointing meal at this restaurant. Each visit, I try a different sauce because there are so many to choose from. My personal favorite is the Parmesan garlic sauce.

My server, Megan, was excellent! She made sure to check in on me when she brought out my favorite flower wings.
Order online and someone else took our food, but sucking happened, the personal was super respectful and worked to make it right; my daughter got a limonade and cake sliced on the house, plus big hot and fresh food. also in recovery mode they have made great
Terrible service. Actually, no service. Got seated and sat for 20 minutes without a server even so much as acknowledging us. Multiple servers walking around, but no one came to our table. Ended up leaving, will not go back. It wasn’t even that busy.
