What Dimitri Bril doesn't like about Café Boulevard:
Disappointing. Average industrial mass produced sweets and awful bin-to-cup bitter overroasted coffee (Italians stay away, you've been warned! . Almost noone except 1 other table of two. And you pay a lot for it because this cafe is adjacent to luxury Radisson hotel. I will not come here again. There are so many beautiful bakeries and yummy coffee places in Tallinn. Go elsewhere people. View all feedback.
Quite decent place. The croissant was good. Tea croissant (with meat) approximately 7 euros
