We had the carrot cake slice. But it was stale. Went back to the nice lady and she immediately apologized and replaced it with a delicious piece! Didn’t know why it happened but was happy to have this resolved quickly. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I had to wear a very aggressive dame on the counter, where I should stand in a loud, respectful and aggressive tone before I turned away from this place to find a better place where I have a coffee. if dieucks decides to rent not personal to the customers in their coffeeshops, it should at least train his employees to be more friendly and respectful when they talk to their customers. Sitting there this morning and greeting my extremely unhelpful and rude fellow workers. morning shift (8:30 o'clock)

For one died it's bad. this is the second time that I have seen the personal, rude for the customers and a argument with them. I have worked in these services and would never treat customers with respect for unnecessary reasons that they do in this dieucks and I would also agree that it is too small for a dieucks on the royal road. I hope they can offer a day customer the polite services like these in America - where this great business comes.
At 8 tonight, 21 aug 2019, I bought a latte, sat down and began to read. there was very loud music game and I asked the barista (white, Polish, Ukrainian to turn it off. he spoke with his female assistant (brown, philippino, but they... nothing and they both continued with what they did. I've repeated mine, please. the barista disappeared a few seconds before she reappeared. there was no significant change in volume. he said he shut down the music. I realized that he treated me like a fool and wanted the music as he wanted with the customer in the hell. we had a fairly heated exchange, but the music was so loud that I couldn't hear it right and his English didn't help. I took up my book, left the barely touched latte and went. I have used this place for years, the workers were cheerful and welcoming, and I have actually friends with several polen, Turks, Hungarian and letting a big baptism) a Hungarian lady always greets me with a hug. great atmosphere. no more. will not be back.
The cafe is too small for Kings road london. Never a place to sit. For some reason coffee is also not always well made.
