I had to wear a very aggressive dame on the counter, where I should stand in a loud, respectful and aggressive tone before I turned away from this place to find a better place where I have a coffee. if dieucks decides to rent not personal to the customers in their coffeeshops, it should at least train his employees to be more friendly and respectful when they talk to their customers. For one died it's bad. this is the second time that I have seen the personal, rude for the customers and a argument with them. I have worked in these services and would never treat customers with respect for unnecessary reasons that they do in this dieucks and I would also agree that it is too small for a dieucks on the royal road. I hope they can offer a day customer the polite services like these in America - where this great business comes.

The cafe is too small for Kings road london. Never a place to sit. For some reason coffee is also not always well made.
