Wendy's - Kennewick

I've been going to this Wendy for years without any big complaints. I have noticed that the hours are now different from what is published on Google. Come on. Dinning 10 to 9, window 10 to 10.

The team was really nice. Our soda had a strange taste and without hesitation offered us new drinks of our choice. Now this is super customer service!! After we were gone, we noticed that our pommes were very salty. We didn't want to rain on the amazing job they did for us, so we just cleaned the salt.

Wow. My experience started with no line at the switch, and an extremely friendly employee who took my order quickly and professionally. In just a few minutes my order was ready and was served on a well organized tray, and the burger I really threw away. The Daves Double is the thickest patty burger I've ever had, and the beef was well spiced and cooked, and the burger was carefully put together, no sloppy work here. All I can say is that my experience in this Wendy's restaurant was fantastic and the only complaint I have is that there was no more candy, when does Wendys Stop have free mint? 5 star experience.

Great service through the ride. No food was missing. The food was hot and had no problems eating the pommes that was tender and not salty and hot. Friendly staff and outside were clean. The prices were great. I'd go back there.

Always amazing food service here.. I don't normally eat fast food, but Wendy's is a go to when time convenience are factors.. last time I came, it was icy out the gentleman went out of his way to tell me to drive safe.. Priceless!!
