Caspers Bbq - Kenneth City

My husband and I ordered rib, chicken and fish from here to get a Thanksgiving party on Saturday. Everyone saved how it was the best smoked grill that had. This place has always been a favorite of us and now my friends love it too. Great guy and great food. 10/10 recommend

The ribs were large and the brisket was phenomenal! Its homemade barbecue sauce was delicious and not excessively spicy or sweet. It was really nice to talk to Mr. Dan today, what a nice guy. I've been living around the corner for a few years, I'm a Philly transplant, and I've been looking for a big barbecue and I think I definitely found it. Thank you, Mr Casper, I will see you again soon, my friend!

I do the Italian thing and I am the spicy meatball, but no one makes brisket and ribs like Casper. I haven't been there for years and my mother always did a brisket on an angle cut with the laurel leaf slowly cooking with the potato celery carrots onions etc... Casper we have broken bread in years and I'm coming cuz I remember this and you are the best

Over the last two weeks. Let's just say it? ll are pressed hard to try other BBQ in St Pete to Casper?s. Look at me as a big BBQ aficionado that has tried it in all south-eastern states, both on street smokers and on the famous restaurants. This is the hands below the best BBQ I?ve bought when it came to the Ribs. Beautiful bark, full pink inside of heavy smoke, and a very light rub that really lets the flavors come from the meat. Also had a delicious smoked trout and die to spread the fish and smoked mullet when it comes. Chicken was delicious and just pulls apart, and the portions he gives for the price is just not even comparable to other BBQ in St Pete, street side or restaurant. Pages could be desired, although the cabbage was phenomenal. But this place deserves a 6/5 for the ribs alone, can wait to try the brisket. Great service!

Small carry-out place with Great Food Great Prices Great Portions! Ribs were great. Just enough rub to not overpower meat So was pulled pork grilled cabbage beans...Guy at place was really nice too... He was out of brisket chicken but I'll get there earlier next time to try those I forgot to get fish spread that I wanted to try but Next time I will...I'll be back ?
