The manager came out to apologize, but he couldn’t provide any explanation for the delay. In the end, our dinner consisted of a diet coke, a beer, a garden bar salad, and two dry and unappetizing garlic rolls. After an hour of waiting, we decided to leave without saying anything. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had!

He even made a joke about it bei... read more To put it simply, I found a worm in my salad. The manager didn’t apologize and instead offered me $5 off coupons as a solution. He even made a joke about it being fresh and organic, which was really inappropriate given the situation. I was on the verge of being sick. On top of that, I only ordered the salad because they were out of several other items on the menu. This place is poorly managed, no doubt about it. My next action will be to contact the health department.

Not th... read more There was a WORM in my salad. The manager did not apologize and tried to give me $5 discount vouchers for the problem. He talked about fresh and organic! Not the time to joke. I didn't want to vomit, thank you. Also, I finished ordering a salad because the restaurant was from many of its menu items. Bad operation, period. My next step is the health department.
