Mod Pizza - Kennesaw

This location is awesome, the manager JT is awesome. He knows what he’s doing, excellent customer service. Thanks JT for being courteous. It’s hard to find good customer service in this day and age but this spot is perfect. 10/10 recommend.

I got the chicken bacon ranch pizza and it was not good at all! Not only did they NOT put the cheddar cheese it is supposed to come with, it was drenched in ranch sauce and some other dressing. I had to throw it away because I could not finish it. I am very disappointed in my experience.

Absolute terrible experience. I’ve been going to the Kennesaw, GA site for a while now. The staff is very unwelcoming, very rude and apathetic towards customer service. I asked for light sauce on my pizza. Instead, I got no sauce, 7 pepperoni pieces, barely any sausage and an overwhelming amount of cheese. When you go to checkout no one even speaks to you, they just look at the computer screen. Super rude, terrible service and incompetent in making a pizza. Will absolutely not be back to this location.

Mixed. Wouldn't recommend. Had been here before and the pizza is ok, but certainly not as good as another Mod have been to. However, this time was really disappointed in the service and the state of the place. Service was kind of rude, the place was a wreck and no one seemed to care. See my pics. It was like this when we got there and when we left. Garbage overflowing, spills and food all over the floor, etc. Several employees came from behind and walked right by it all. No one cared. I get being busy and tired maybe but this is a manafement culture issue in my opinion. In other restaurants this would not happen.
