The food was good. The crew was busy what I understand, sometimes it comes to them, but they need a little more communication among themselves. Must wait almost 35 minutes for Mcgriddle and a coffee. In the meantime, they had 5 cars waiting for the designated waiting places, grill people were confused about what orders were done and what had to be done. What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
This has to be the nastiest kids play area I've seen in awhile. Food, trash, and spilled drink all over the floors. Couldn't even find a clean table to sit at and eat. View all feedback.
I've stopped here before. I think that it's easier to go in than the drive through. Each time, I've not gotten the correct order not making extreme changes. It has been a large iced tea, half cut, light ice. It's either sweetened or unsweetened or it can be no ice or full cup.
I used to work as a manager at a McDonald's in Marietta and I have almost always had a dissatisfying experience at this location. I ordered their new quarter pounder with cheese the smoky BLT one today and I didn't even get any bacon on it. Itwasn't until my friend pointed out that there was actually supposed to be bacon on it that I realized I didn't have any. I hadto wait almost 10 minutes for my food and she had to wait nearly 20 for her food and they brought her order out 3 times tryingto give it to other vehicles before they gave it to her. If I could give this location no stars I would seeing the abundance ofone star reviews they already have. If you're going to charge between ten and twenty dollars per person for meals you need toprovide the same level of service that a dine in restaurant provides when they charge the same amount that you do.Unacceptable. Also really grinds my gears that when I went to call the store to complain the number provided here on googlesaid the number you have reached is no longer in service or has been disconnected. Excellent customer service. I guess with howmuch their business is dwindling they can't afford to pay the phone bill anymore.
You can't really mess up fries...unless you only fill the container half way. Glad I used the app and didn't pay full price but they should do better.
Always randomly have the dining room closed with no signage or explanation? Just went at 10:40am and the posted hours say the dining room opens at 8am with no indication that it was meant to be closed yet low and behold the door was locked. I waved tothe nice ladies behind the counter and one of them came to the door and told me that the dining room was closed. I don't have aproblem with that but why is it always at random times for seemingly no reason? The self serve stations were on and the diningarea looked normal and clean with no signs of construction or anything so what's up? They already never have anyone working upfront so what's the point of closing the dining room? I'm just frustrated that's all :
I am a food delivery driver for door dash and uber eats. This location is by far the slowest I've had to deal with. Also, the inside closes around 7:30pm, so you have to wait in the drive through line to just pick up an order. I waited 20 minutes to pickup a door dash order that paid me $3 in the end. I accepted the order to keep my ratings up, but this place needs to step it upand come up with a new and more efficient system.
