Probably the best deli in the area, and that 's saying something. Won best mutz in 2023 from a large NJ sandwich group facebook pole and took 2nd in meatball category. Prices are fair, food is outstanding and the staff is great. If you haven 't tried this place then you owe it to yourself to do so. View all feedback.
What Larry David doesn't like about Massimo Delicatessen:
You can't spray to clean the glass over the food. This is a health hazard and it makes me sick that I've eaten that same food that was sprayed on several times by whatever chemical is in that cleaner. I've even fed that food to my family and now I feel guilty. This wasn't even a random worker, but someone I see there frequently. Terrible. View all feedback.

This place is the truth. Old school neighborhood institution. Amazing sandwiches, excellent value and they even have the hard to find San Daniele prosciutto!
The best mozzarella in the area. They also have parmacotto, real prosciutto and various salami and cheeses. Definitely worth a visit.
Not many places like this left around anymore. All the homemade Italian staples. Great ravioli and mozzarella.
Never fails to deliver delicious and tasty subs and offers more. Friendly staff.
