The food is amazing. All home made. Large portions and tasty. It's crazy that people are lined up at the Arby's next door and for the same price you can have an amazing home made sandwich. Inside is very basic but you come for the food. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pearson's European Deli:
My cousin recommended Pearson's so I thought I'd give it a try. My tomato and Parmesan soup was luke warm while my 1/2 turkey sandwich was soft and failed to interest my taste buds. This is not the place to eat if you are looking for a meal that delivers robust or spicy flavors. Food is ordered at the counter and delivered to your table but there are no wait staff per se. Went for lunch with out of town guests. They 'd heard such good things and were itching to try it. It wasn 't my first visit but I thought I 'd give it one more try as previous experiences weren 't stellar.Counter staff were nice. Friendly and helpful in offering suggestions.Food was mediocre at best. Soup was cold, hot sandwiches were barely warm enough to melt the cheese inside. Salads not really flavorful, kind of bland.Nothing inside the place says 'thank you, come again '. Not warm or cozy or welcoming at all. Not even anything unique or interesting to make one think 'that 's a neat place '.
Found this place randomly on way to Oyama. Have young kids who are fussy and they were not happy to eat here. However we ordered 5 chicken schnitzel sandwiches which were awesome. Also had cheese steak sandwich which was very tasty too. Kids were surprised they liked it so much! A hole in the wall that turned out to be a diamond!
Yah the girls up front are nice enoughBut they clearly write down what you want…The one time my mom went thru forgot her bacon.. When I went for the first time I had them make a sandwich for my boyfriend and I said it had to have bacon .. That time my mom got her bacon.. we went in today and I ordered a saladAnd my mom didn’t get her bacon again that she paid extra for btw… so it’s clearly obvious that they “forgot “ the bacon because they didn’t have any made… and this time it was so quick we were shocked at his quick it was but it’s because they “forget “ what you want even though they write it down!!! So NOT worth the price!!!They put a bunch of meat and cheese on it to justify the price but it’s not worth it! There’s so many other places nicer places to go if I want to spend 16$ on a flipping sandwich!!!They should be top shelf quality for those prices. It’s too bad I wanted to like this place cause it’s local but I won’t be back.Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a parking spot right out front for wheelchair accessibl
Was passing through Kelowna on a road trip with my boyfriend, spotted this little gem on google maps, was craving a hearty sandwich, we got the Mikey P, Grilled Rueben and a Borsh soup, hands down the best sanwhiches you will find in Kelowna, also very affordable! Variety of drinks aswell) Staff are super friendly and had a cozy environment, lots of size options too! Will definitely be back and recommend to everyone.Parking: Little strip mall parking lot
What a great local gem! Fresh food, excellent coffee and friendly service! We enjoyed a fantastic ham on rye sandwich so fresh and flavourful. Great value for the price. They even have a place to sit outside in the summer. Highly recommended!
