What User doesn't like about Nagano Sushi Restaurant:
It was the only place I could order from by paying online for the delivery, so I gave it a chance. The food (just for 1 person) was delivered in about 1 hr and 10 mins. The salmon sashimi which I was so excited for - was terrible, no taste, tasted like it was boiled. The rice in the lunch box didn't seem fresh, very gummy. I am a big fan of sashimi and was very disappointed with the assorted sashimi at this restaurant. Half of it was frozen when it was served to me, and the cuts were only okay.
The food at this restaurant was excellent, especially the Nagano roll, and the staff were very friendly! I would definitely recommend dining here.
This is the worst sushi I have ever had! I am a sushi lover and have tried sushi from many different places.
Would not recommend delivery from here. The food took 2 hours to arrive. The food tasted fine but it was cold.
The prawns in the dynamite roll only go half way through the roll. The crab was barely visible and again, didn't go all the way through the roll. I have never experienced this before. The yam wasn't cooked in the yam roll, it was hard. The service was ok, waitress was young and we had to ask for everything we needed. No refills on water or tea, I won't go back.
