Pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem tucked in the corner. The service was prompt pleasant. The food was hot and tasty! There was something for everyone in our group of 6! We were in and out relatively quickly but never felt rushed. I would go again! Recommend the beef dip and salmon or chicken bowl (the bowls have a bit of a kick of heat). Appies enjoyed were calamari and wings. View all feedback.

We ate at the Grizzly Bear Bistro Bar after moving our son up to UBCO. Service was friendly and quick, and the food was good value. Our table ordered a couple of burgers, goulash, and poutine, and each dish was somewhere between good and really good.

I really enjoyed the food. I didn’t like my drink though. I ordered a lime Margarita and it was very sour and salty. It could have used more sweetness. Everything else about my experience was great.
Good service, nice waitresses. Meals were ok. No vegetables were served with the butter chicken meal even though the menu said there was supposed to be veggies included.
