Boston Pizza - Kelowna

Eating is ok, but a big and two small pizzas was worth over $70. they go to basically everywhere.

I ordered 2 pizzas online and the email I received, said the pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. I left the hotel 10 minutes later. I was a few blocks of boston pizza and came there less than 15 minutes after the order. was submitted on the line. When I arrived, the job was ready and waited for me what I thought was kind of weird because it was only about. 15 minutes since I ordered it, hardly time to make a pizza and cook. so back in the hotel, which again only a few blocks from boston pizza is the pizza barely warm. on the pizza there was hardly a torf, in the ground a thin crust with a tomato sauce. I would say it was the worse pizza I've ever tried to eat. felt like it might have been pre-ground and reheated for a few minutes. it was hardly eaten pizza. I usually eat everything, and he barely eaten anything. most were in the müll. in hind site I should have taken it back to the restaurant. what a waste of money. next in kelowna we will not return to boston pizza.

Short version. manager has a bad setting and it filters on the server. the food was excellent!

Large order to pick up when we came home, pasta had disappeared. the restaurant called and they knew exactly what was missing. host was apologetic, but excuses go so far. all the others in the party received their food except a person. they made a fresh order, he delivered, but they ate alone because their meal was 45 minutes too late. Hat tip... next time they make a mistake, a good one would throw a gift card into the bag to cover the cost of the mistake. that would go a long way so that the person feels better when she eats all our hot foods and lets us forget that we probably don't come back.

We ordered Great White North pizza it was sloppy.....way way way to much tomato (paste)sauce and the crust was still doughy. For the price of Boston Pizza Pizza’s I expect top quality. I will have to think long and hard before I order from this...location again.
