Husband went to get the Oreo sundae thing ordered it and then tried to get a shake too but when he ordered the shake mysteriously the machine was down and being cleaned but wasn’t when he ordered the sundae to start then was told the sundae isn’t available anymore. Getting just as bad as McDonald’s about lying

It 's always a treat when an employee at a service driven company says Have a nice day and it sounds more like, Get the F outta my face so I can go back to playing on my phone. What do valueless employees do when their lack of desire to be a positive experience to customers drives the company out of business?
