Kim's Teahouse - Katy

I?m a regular really don?t like to complain. I don?t understand what?s going on at this location. Every since I?ve made 1 complaint to the manager in the recent past it was a valid complaint. All my orders have been horrible. I ask for medium spicypopcorn chicken. I either get home from work with extra salted popcorn chicken, extra greasy popcorn chicken or extra drytasteless popcorn chicken. What has changed? My name is Sampson. I placed an order today* and your food was NOT editable garbage.

I love a good cup of tea and despite what many believe or will tell you, I drink more tea than any other beverage. I love the countless options for tea and the growing number of establishments I can visit that specialize in tea. One I have tried andliked very much is Kim?s Teahouse, a fun place to visit for tea and food. This location on Mason Road in Katy, Texas features amedium- sized interior that can seat about 50 or so people. It is common to have to wait in line to place an order, due to thepopularity and quality of the food and drink, but I have always been able to find a place to sit. The colorful art murals andother features make for a comfortable place to plop down and drink your tea while you converse with others, work on your laptop,or otherwise pass the time away. The number one reason to visit Kim?s Teahouse is for the wide assortment of teas. I like thelarge display of drinks on the wall and the numbering is good because you can order by number and be assured of getting what youwanted. But don?t think that the glassware you see depicted in the pictures on the wall is how you drink will get served. Thisis for show only. The drinks are served in large, ordinary plastic glasses with a seal across the top. I have liked everybeverage I have tried from here, and that includes everything from strawberry tea to almond cream tea and others. Many of theteas come with added boba, tapioca, jelly, etc and that can make them even more fun to drink, especially for kids. Oh, and ifyou?re not necessarily in the mood for tea, they have coffee drinks and smoothies, too. With the food, the options are limited,but the snack size is just right for a quick meal. I like the spicy chicken the best, but the egg rolls are also good and,again, they match well with most any drink. The service is quite efficient for a place that is so popular and when I think abouteverything Kim?s Teahouse has to offer, it easily rates as one of my favorite places for tasty tea a

Today my first time was with Kim?s and I really loved it! the service is good, the girl was so sweet, the Boba tea was amazing, I asked about the cocose cream tee with tapioca and I felt a little wild and I added some mango potters? it was delicious and they gave me my ?buy 10 and get 1 free? card! in any case I am back

So good! Been coming for a few months now. They always put a lot of boba/jelly/etc in the drink which I love! I always put crystal boba and another flavor jelly in mine. More for the money. Staff is always very polite. Smoothies are so creamy and flavorful
