This popular restaurant may have a wait depending on the day. Located in Katsurazushi, Ikuno City, this soba shop will satisfy you. I had the duck simmered in soy sauce, a serving of soba noodles, and a large serving of sake. The soba noodles were cut thin and made from 100% buckwheat. On this day, the soba noodles were from Hokkaido. Overall, I was satisfied with the meal. View all feedback.

I enjoyed the sake, simmered duck breast, sautéed chicken and burdock, and tender simmered herring, before finishing with forest soba. Every dish was of high quality, and I felt at ease in this reliable establishment.
This restaurant never fails to satisfy me! The beautifully firm soba noodles are delicious, and the appetizers are also enjoyable. The rich soba broth and the flavorful katsuobushi-infused dipping sauce are excellent. I love that they offer sake by the cup at a very reasonable price. I always start with local sake, Kanosakura, and dishes like simmered duck and herring. This time, I tried Saga's Higashinaga sake and loved it so much I had to order another. You can usually get in without a wait after 1 pm on weekdays. I recommend enjoying both the soba and the appetizers. I visited on October 6th after the state of emergency was lifted, and enjoyed Kanosakura and Higashinaga sake, along with dishes like burdock and chicken, herring, and simmered duck. I finished with a large portion of soba noodles topped with freshly grated mountain wasabi, and I couldn't finish it all— I wanted to take some home! I love dipping the soba noodles in the simmered duck broth. The provided Sansho pepper, shichimi, and salt are all delicious, but I prefer to eat the soba noodles plain. Every visit is satisfying and the taste and atmosphere are soothing!
