Dindigul Thalappakatti Restaurant

Some dishes at this restaurant were excellent, while others were very disappointing. The service was slow, even on weekdays. I would recommend this place, but make sure to ask about the best dishes beforehand. The chicken items were not good, but the meat dishes were delicious.

I was treated to dinner on my last night in Karur and we ended up at a restaurant where my host wanted me to try the Dindigul Biryani, but I ended up choosing a boneless fish meal with garlic naan instead. The service was not great, but the meal was excellent. The bathrooms were not very clean, indicating that the restaurant needs to do regular check-ups. The waiter seemed uninformed as he couldn't tell me what came with some dishes, leading me to make my own choices. He was not very attentive, as I had to ask another waiter for my pickles. This lackluster service made us decide to have dessert elsewhere.
