Chili's Grill & Bar - Kapolei

We had my birthday dinner here and had a wonderful time! Our server was fantastic. Seriously! The best customer service I've had for a long time. The food was delicious, and the drinks were also. We'll be back.

Great food good service. I have eaten at many chili's on the mainland and it just tastes much better in Hawaii as if they had their own way to cook w different spices. Even the steamed broccoli was seasoned and steamed for perfection.

I and my family have been going to Chili's for a while since we moved back home and I always love their service and staff. Yesterday evening the graduation was super stressful and crowded for the setup and our waitress Veronica did AMAZING. She was super sweet and attentive and was a big conversation partner. I noticed that many of the cartridges were a lot of mess (confetti and garbage) for the employees to clean up in the light of graduation and many of the cartridges were restless over seats for large group to a later hour and all that. I recommend the management and staff to work and support as hard as possible, especially with short employees and from all COVID regulations and to serve us as best as possible. We have always had great experiences here and I hope that the staff must experience with all the bad and stressful situations that it is so appreciated.

The food is great. Everything on the menu can be adjusted as for example its frits; we asked to melt cheese at the top and blow bacon bits. For my side steamed vegetables I wanted butter to be on them, and for my Fajita mix I asked white rice. All that changed or supplemented had made our meals completely satisfying. If we chose a certain waitress, we would put ourselves on our request if the person were pamperable. I like to go there because I am a frequent customer registered in thier online app.,I get valuable coupons and offers like free salsa and chips on request.

Menu has changed. Prices has gone up! Food is still delicious. No happy hour? Menu fully digital! The take-out side is real busy!
