Starbucks - Kansas

Waited a long time for my drink, asked several times, they placed my order in the mobile app order, so it wasn't hot..didn't offer to make it right

I ordered a blended coffee twice from this location and before I could get very far down the road the bottom part of the drink was not blended at all and they charge .50 extra to have it blended. What a rip off.

I visited for an hour this morning and all the employees were very inviting and hard working. Thank you for the great experience!

I order a pumpkin spice iced latte w/a extra shot of expresso almost everyday. (through the season) Today they messed up on my order twice from the drive thru. The drink was sloppy and had no expresso in it. Obviously you get used to a drink that you’ve been drinking for a week straight. I called and spoke with Kelsey I believe was her name, told her what happened she was very kind and polite and told me to come in the next day for a free one to make up for it… Very kind and respectful worke … – show
