What V B doesn't like about Flat Mountain Brewhouse:
Burger took an hour, came out jet black and burned to a crisp as well as burned bun. Still served it to me like maybe I had ordered it triple extra well done? When I said it was inedible and showed the hard black hockey puck patty they made another sandwich that took another hour then overcharged twice on the bill. Food good. Service was slow. Tickets were wrong. Didn't try the beer.
Went there to try their special found hair in our food. They wouldn't even remake it, wasn't very satisfied.
The food absolutely sucks very dry. The service took over an hour for a steak that only cooks for 15 minutes. It was not prepared right. The staff looks like the team of the streets. Very poor service did not check on tables enough I had to stand up to ask for tea I would not recommend this place at all.
Food was just mediocre for the price. Spending around $27 a person it just isn’t worth it.
Was very disappointed. Upon arriving we were asked whether we wanted a booth or table, said booth twice, but recieved a table. Not a big deal, but should have been a warning. Ordered food. Order Mac and cheese with chicken, onion straws, and bacon which came back without the onion straws. Waitress said she accidentally put raw onions on the order instead, but also no raw onions in the Mac and cheese. Onion straws came out halfway through the meal which was appreciated.
