We had a fantastic dinner at Farina! The You Apricota Be Kidding Me and Old Fashioned cocktails were both delightful. We started with the seasonal asparagus salad, which offered a delicious crunch thanks to the pistachios. Our favorite was the lemon creste de gallo, followed by the bucatini carbonara pasta. We ended our meal with the incredible layered coconut cake—definitely make sure to save room for dessert! View all feedback.
Farina was amazing! I just recently celebrated my 21st birthday here (03/15/22) and the staff and servers were patient, fast, and very helpful! If you’re thinking about celebrating your birthday or any celebration.. do it here! AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING! Thank you Farina! Food was very good.
Had an amazing date night there tonight. Everything from the drinks to the dessert exceeded expectations. We had the duck meatballs, shared the potato gnocchi with braised rabbit. My date had the stuffed veal chop with prosciutto and onion rings and I had the Michael Smith pork roast with saffron risotto. I just can't explain the level of deliciousness! The service was incredible and provided an enjoyable atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back! The BEST Italian restaurant in KC!
Had a great dinner at Farina! The cocktails were great and all the food was delicious. Will definitely be back!
Truly a great experience. My group of 6 accidentally booked a reservation at the Mexico City located and showed up at the KC location. They were so accommodating and fit us in in 5-10 minutes. Our server was great and very knowledgeable about the menu. The owner/chef came up and chatted with us. Overall, an incredible dining experience. I would recommend this place to anyone.
I really enjoyed my experience at Farina. I sat at the bar and the bartenders were excellent. The whisky sour was outstanding. The grilled octopus was ok. The corn shrimp agnolotti was impressive and the bolognese was solid, while it lacked salt. The star of the show for me though, besides the agnolotti, was the plum trifle! I will be back to try the ribeye and risotto
