Buca Di Beppo - Kansas City

I brought my bachlorette party of 9 for dinner on 10/16. We had a great time, but feel like our waiter, Hercules, was not fit to handle our party. My debit card was charged incorrectly and then attempted a second time for what we thought was the correct price. My bank then flagged my card for fraud and it is locked until Monday. Looking back at the menu this morning and I am not sure that we were charged correctly for the meal altogether. The food was amazing, but service was less than desirable.

We have orders online for collection. The place was packed and the city center was bumper to the bumper traffic to get there and outside. But the food was worth it. I've missed Bucas since they closed them in Omaha. I've made two orders since I forgot the dessert and cheese bread on the first. The food was ready when I arrived on time. It's a family style. But I look like they now have some individual meals in the menu. The food is even better, then I remembered.

Delicious, fresh pasta, family parts that do not disappoint. Family atmosphere, the Italian family screams. Friendly staff, hot fresh food cold beer and a full bar. Would recommend everyone in the area. Will not be disappointed.

Buca di Beppo is a fantastic place. Love the atmosphere and the seating areas. Really feel like your eating at an old favorite Italian restaurant. The food is always the best part of course, and wow did the staff knock it out of the park tonight. We really loved the entire meal which is always the case at Buca’s. Thanks for the real treat out on New Year’s Eve 2021. You and staff made this very enjoyable. Cheers

Absolutely atrocious. I have never eaten at a worse restaurant. Do not eat here. We just left and 1 of us feels sick, the other 2 feel gross. 3 people and we paid $140 $20 tip. (Because of inflation we don't want to be a**holes) We did complain about the food, nothing was taken off. The food was stringy and undercooked. The photo was taken after we tried to eat. Our server said she was new but she was fine. The only thing edible was the garlic bread, it was actually pretty good. *EDIT* I looked at the receipt later and they actually did take off the meatballs that we complained about. Which means it would have been $160 plus tip. (Yes, $24 for an appetizer with three (albeit very large) meatballs)
