Our waitress (Charlotte) is vegan and new to all the facts and checked everything she didn't know! The regular pesto with linguine was AMAZE, the minestrone soup was good too! They also have vegan sun dried tomato pesto and marinara. She said many things can be made vegan! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Zia's Caffe:
The only vegan option they currently have is the Pasta Primavera with a different type of sauce. That said it was very good, and the staff was extremely accumulated and understandable. View all feedback.
I would say if you are really hungry then get food here the staff was so nice but there is only one vegan option which tastes good it's nothing special.

Don’t know who the first reviewer talked to but confirmed that neither the gnocchi or the ravioli are vegan. All the house made pasta has egg. The spaghetti and other pasta that is not made in house doesn’t have animal ingredients but is processed in a facility that also processes eggs and dairy. They made me a spaghetti with red sauce and veggies (just specify no butter on the veggies). The manager came out to chat and also let me know the tomato pesto and the basil pesto are vegan but the olive pesto has dairy. The bread is vegan just ask for it without the side if olive pesto and butter. The roasted veggie sandwich on the lunch menu is also vegan if you do it without feta. The server and the manager were both super friendly about answering all my questions and really helpful!
I don't know how Zia's Caffe made it to Happy Cow. I thought there's supposed to be at least 2 vegan options, but when I asked the host, she said that there's only 1 dish that can be made vegan by leaving out the cheese, which was the Gnocchi Primavera. The Gnocchi dish was good but definitely not worth the $18+ price. I'm used to $10-$15 dishes being good for 2 servings (where I'm able to save 1/2 for lunch the next day), but the portion here is just barely enough for 1. I won't be visiting this place again unless I hear about any improvements on vegan selections.
