KFC - Kanata

Drive an kfc to lunch for me and some of my employees. I had a voucher for the 18 pieces of ice cream and xl pommes that saved me $8. I was in less and out.

The job was so slow. at 2 hours. The oil in which the chicken was cooked was burned! I still can't taste right away and had to try it out.

Taco bell is as tasty as there is no longer in ottawa? faster service, good fast food.

I ordered the BOGO Black Friday deal, after having two bad experiences at other KFCs in Ottawa over the past two years. I know, I know, I am a glutton for punishment. I had one tasteless piece of chicken in Orleans, then another at Alta Vista since summer 2021. But I supposed that those had to be one-offs, or two-offs, in this case. Regardless, I tried the branch at Blossom Park on Bank Road in the south side this time. Easily the worst. 11 herbs and spices? More like zero herbs and zero spices. Tastes like plain flour batter then fried in burnt oil. we had a couple of pieces then threw the rest in the trash. Never again, and neither should you. No flavour, no seasoning. The chicken pieces were shaped oddly, as if someone had trimmed meat off of them for other purposes. The pieces were also from low quality birds, with excessive fat on the pieces. Gross. Look, I have had KFC in countries all over the world and in B.C./Alberta too, and in no place did it ever not taste like you would expect. The KFC that I have had at THREE different Ottawa locations tells me that they must not follow the normal KFC recipe. It is absolutely awful, tasteless, low quality fried chicken. Stay away! This Foul Fried Fowl gets a Triple F rating from me.

Went out of my way to ask for my fries and chicken well done. got home to see again half cooked fried half a large box half full and potatoes. chicken was warm and not well done at all...
