Fusion Dim Sum & Sushi - Kanata

Arrived as a large group was leaving to board their bus.Service was good. Functional, quick to take orders, get additional wasabi, ginger, napkins and water.Dim sum was good as was maki rolls. Friend ordered sushi and appeared good quality.Priced well for lunch buffet on the weekend.

This is the worst ever restaurant.First the waitress doesnt even smile she looks tired and dont want to be there and its just 12 noon.Second they serve us an old rice and cold rice(i am asian so i know if the rice is old) . Third there pad thai taste like a ketchup.There bulgogi meat taste like old cooked meat even there chicken.It is the worst ever restaurant dont waste your money rather eat mcdonald than go there.Service is bad food is bad it is just a very very very bad restaurant.

This is the worst restaurant i have ever been too. We went attended there to eat some good food with 3 friends. First we were given a horrible waitress. She literally was not interested in us at all. Throughout the time they did not give all the food included in our orders. At the end of it we went to pay, the lady said insert your card. She said my card was not approved so i inserted it one more time and the same thing happened. Third time it appeared to work. So the next day I went to look at my bank account and I was charged three times for the price of one. So we went there and the supervisor Jessie was very rude and didn't appear to care that they stole our money. The girl who charged us originally it was her first time working so i understand her making the mistake. But it was the blatant disrespect the supervisor Jessie gave to us that made me upset. She said the boss wasn't in on 3 occasions and all the workers we asked who the boss was and they said it was her. She was horrible and rude and did not take our claims serious. I think no one should spend there money there you can find better food and better customer service elsewhere. Also this didn't just happen to me it also happened to one of the friends I had attended the restaurant with. This place is straight garbage and your better off going to sushi restaurants at a mall.

They should fired all the service staff really really bad service.the Waiters doesn't want to be there anyway .Never going back again

We were led to our table by an individual who did not want to be there. We were then served (term used very loosely) by another individual who dropped the dishes unceremoniously at the end of the table. When we asked for more tea she shuffled off in a huff. There is both dim sum and sushi available on the menu. Do not waste your time with the sushi which was mediocre at best. The dim sum was very good being both hot and fresh. Despite this, does not warrant a price tag of $27.99 for weekend dinner.The price is way too expensive for any service, ambiance, or amount of good food you could eat.
