I was here with a group of friends for her birthday. we were a group of teenagers and wanted to try out a new place. the food was overly expensive, 26$ for a pa... read more I was here with a group of friends for her birthday. we were a group of teenagers and wanted to try out a new place. the food was overly expensive, 26$ for a pasta that did not taste better than a bought from the store....The waiter took 50 minutes just to take our order, and would go and not come again until the end of our meal. during each of our transactions, they would go and not come back for another 20 minutes. it took us almost an hour to pay for our food! While we paid, we've tipped all 15.%, we thought it was a decent tipp for the service we had given. the waiter came back when we wanted and told us we didn't give enough of a tipp. their exact cakes were youre not far to get in life if they don't typ. if they can't afford to tap more, they don't even leave their house. never come back, no one ever wants to serve you with this tipp we were all stunned because there was no reason that this happened. we went home and felt hurt, and our days were ruined. what should be a nice dinner in a restaurant, left the birthday girl in drinking and a waste of 40 dollars from all our pockets. we called the manager afterward, and she was connected to the waiter by stating that she was in the right place, and that we had tipped more, but we were all aware that 15% was the norm for most waiter, she wasn't even so exceptionally good at her job. I will say that the atmosphere was beautiful and romantic, and we even thought that this restaurant for us was a regular, but after this experience we will never come back here again.

We were a group of 12, and we were m... read more Not sure who was working last night April 17th but I had one of the best serving experiences I've ever had in a restaurant. We were a group of 12, and we were managed so amazingly well, I really can't say enough about how fantastic this place is. I've been many times, the food is delicious, the atmosphere is incredible, and the staff is above and beyond the best of just about any restaurant in the city. Thank you Fratelli's for making it a great evening!

Our waitress was outstanding, showing impressive knowledge of the wine list, and the service was excellent. We ordered two appetizers and a main pasta dish each, and the food was exceptional. It was a perfect night out and reasonably priced for the quality we received. I highly recommend this restaurant for a memorable evening with friends or that special someone.
