Peekaboo Canyon Wood Fired Kitchen

My partner and I dined at this restaurant in Kanab last night. As a vegan, I was thrilled to discover this place. We ordered pizzas - my partner had the Lone Ranger (vegan) and I had the Angel's Landing (vegan option) on a gluten-free crust. My pizza was delicious! I highly recommend it. The service was excellent. We enjoyed our experience so much that we returned for breakfast the next morning before heading to our next destination. We both had Huevos Rancheros (his vegan, mine vegan option) and espresso drinks. The breakfast was fantastic, with a very friendly and attentive server.

Only spent lunch time tasting some of the menu offers. A simple word: YUM! We tried two of the pizza, margarita and mushroom madness, and the ingredients and wood fired crust were all so tasteful. The crust was the right balance of crispy on the outside and chew inside. Quinoa filled avocados were a very nice flavor combination. We also had the fingering potatoes w/horseradish and dill aoli, and kale salad with dates and honey-glazed walnuts. I recommend everything I tasted today, and there will be breakfast tomorrow morning and bright! So excited to have such a cool new restaurant with such great food!

We were there on July 11th. Our waitress (I'm sorry I don't remember her name) was amazing. We had a fantastic pizza and some local brews. I highly recommend this place. Very friendly, very good... The whole experience made us afternoon. Thanks again. P.S. the strawberry margarita...WOW

I adore this vegetarian pizza spot. The pizzas are incredibly tasty, the outdoor seating area is fantastic, the service is top-notch, and the music is great. I will definitely be returning.

Peekaboo is my favorite place to eat in Kanab! I'm vegan, and they are so accommodating. My favorites are the mushroom pizza and the Peekaboo parm. Both are vegetarian but can be made vegan upon request. I can't wait to go back to Kanab and dine there again!
